Lips: Shape, Color and Beyond

I was watching Gandang Gabi Vice on a Sunday night where one of the guests was Anne Curtis. I still remember when she was asked if she’s got any (physical) insecurities, and she gamely replied that before it was her lips, but thanks to Angelina Jolie. Wow, therefore she’s got no insecurities anymore and it really shows. Yes, these two women have full lips, but to me, they just look a lot sexier with it even when they’re wearing deep red lip color.

Well, for me, it’s not just the lips but there is definitely something more about it. Watching them talk, they just look a lot better, so it’s also a lot of about how they sound and how they look when the words are coming out from those very famous lips. Being a big fan of these two women and a bit-of-a-collector of lip sticks and glosses, I also wear deep red sometimes, and it’s hubby-approved (LOL) so no worries. How do I look? Not as pretty as these two celebrities, but since it’s pre-approved, I think it’s not as bad, and when it comes to how it appears when I open my mouth, believe me, I used to read and talk in front of the mirror just to see how everything looks. No one has told me to shut up, so I’m taking it as an okay hahah…With the red lipstick, it’s really different, liberating I should say. So, why not try it, too?

  1. I love using red lipstick! Since it's striking enough, I can do without having to wear much other stuff. Perfect for those hectic days.
