My Latest Eye and Lip Care

Everytime I go to Healthy Options, I never leave this shop empty-handed. It's one of my favorite shops in the city.When I say favorite, I'd buy a thing or two everytime I get in there, that is even if I don't have anything in mind to buy. I just find everything there, worth buying for (hiihiihii).

The last time I was there, that was 2-weeks ago, I got myself this Vitamin E Stick, a lip and eye care in one. Since my tinted lip gloss is almost consumed already, I decided to get myself a new one. But this time, it's a colorless lip balm. What got me into buying this, is that, aside from being made from natural ingredients or less chemicals on it, it's also for eye care. I immediately used it, and I instantly loved it. It doesn't feel heavy or warm on the lips, and it also is a perfect way to protect my eyes, especially now that it's summertime.

Yael and Karylle Finally Tied the Knot

It was an afternoon wedding for Yael and Karylle, last March 21, 2014, at the St. Anthony of Padua Parish Church in Silang Cavite. Reception followed at Angel Fields Nature Sanctuary in Tagaytay. Being a big fan, I was also checking on the Instagram posts of her mom, ZsaZsa Padilla, Paolo Valenciano's, Kris Aquino's and one of her besties, Iza Calzado's. I immediately posted on my FB wall one of the first photos of the newlywed. It was like, having been part of it that way (hahah!). Well, I was just so happy for this milestone of their relationship.

Days after their wedding, Sponge Cola came out with their latest single, Dahil Kilala na Kita, from their album, Singapore Sling,  featuring the video of their wedding. Here's the music video for you to watch:

I guess, I was one of the firsts who watched it, but, I still wish that the whole wedding video will be shown on the Kapamilya channel soon. To the newlyweds, Yael and Karylle Yuson, congratulations and keep that love, love, love!

Rem's Moving Up Attire

And summer vacation has finally began. Rem is so happy about it, because, she has a lot of time to play during this season. Last March 17, 2014, was their Moving Up Day. At St. Bridget School, it's not as festive or as busy compared to how other schools do it. But, even if that's the way it is, I still make sure she is well-dressed. Look at what I've got for her:

 

                 

This is another wise-buy since this was on sale at 50% off the original price. Got it at SM Aura over the weekend. And her shoe, I got this last December from Marikina Market. I like how the summer-feel her dress gives. I don't really spend too much on her clothes and footwear all the time. Fortunately, Rem is so easy to dress up because of her size and complexion.

Keeping my Hair Smelling Nice

Since I am using herbal shampoo and conditioner most of the time, and noticed that their scents are just so mild, that during the later part of the day, I am not confident anymore of how my hair smells. I needed to find a hair cologne. It's not easily available, I had to look from different beauty shops, and was so glad to finally find one from the Face Shop. They've got only one variant though, but, better than not finding at all. Besides, it's one of my favorite scents at the moment: Cherry Blossom.

It has a refreshing scent that I love. I just feel confident everytime I spray this on my crowning glory. I can re-spray it, whenever I need to.

Karylle's Engagement to Yael

An emotional, Karylle, was happy to announce on Showtime her engagement to her boyfriend of 3-years, Sponge Cola frontman, Yael Yuson. For a couple who was able to successfully keep a sort of private relationship to the media, this was a bit of a surprise to me, but, when I finally knew that they've been together for quite sometime already, I immediately felt happy for my idol, Karylle. They're already of age, anyway. I always look forward to watching her on Showtime, because I don't want to miss the wedding coverage. I will make myself updated through the social media.
